Colonie – 1329 Central Ave.

I went for a car wash this morning and as l was about to exit, an exterior accessory was blown off my vehicle. Upon exiting, I observed a young man clearing the exterior of some grass clipping. I explained my predicament and he said that he would retrieve the part. Prior to entering, he identified himself as the assistant manager, Jayden. He returned shortly thereafter with the piece, much to my relief.
He exemplified professionalism, courtesy and was friendly. It was a pleasure interacting with this young man and I hope Hoffmans are aware that they have a "jewel" of an employee. Thank you Jayden and Hoffmans!

Best car wash company out there

Needed a little help with a bottle of water for a spray bottle. Noah had a great attitude and hooked me right up. Its nice to see a place with great employees. Thanks again Noah
