    Eligibility

    The Hoffman Car Wash Week Text-to-Win Contest (“Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Hoffman Car Wash, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

    The Promotion is sponsored by Hoffman Car Wash, 16 Kairnes St., Albany, NY 12205 (“Sponsor”).

    How to Enter

    The Promotion begins Monday, March 23, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends Saturday, March 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”).

    To enter:

    Text the word “WIN” to 888-292-2340 and follow the instructions to opt in to receive Hoffman Car Wash SMS messages.

    Standard message and data rates may apply. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period. Once entered, participants remain eligible for all remaining daily drawings during the Promotion Period.

    Prizes will be awarded through daily random drawings as follows:

    Monday, March 23

    Five (5) winners will receive Interior Clean PLUS+
    Approximate Retail Value: $49.99 each

    Tuesday, March 24

    Five (5) winners will receive a 90-Day Unlimited Wash Club Membership
    Approximate Retail Value: $119 each

    Wednesday, March 25

    Ten (10) winners will receive a Signature Car Wash with Interior Clean
    Approximate Retail Value: $55 each

    Thursday, March 26

    Twenty-five (25) winners will receive a Signature Car Wash
    Approximate Retail Value: $25 each

    Friday, March 27

    Fifty (50) winners will receive a Signature Car Wash
    Approximate Retail Value: $25 each

    Saturday, March 28 (National Car Wash Day Grand Prize)

    One (1) winner will receive a One-Year Unlimited Wash Club Membership
    Approximate Retail Value: $479.88

    Prizes must be redeemed at participating Hoffman Car Wash locations. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

    Winner Selection and Notification

    Winners will be selected in random daily drawings conducted by the Sponsor from all eligible entries received.

    Winners will be notified by SMS message to the phone number used to enter the Promotion. Winners must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within the required time period, an alternate winner may be selected.

    Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

    Publicity

    By participating, entrants agree to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, notification, or permission, unless prohibited by law.

    General Conditions

    Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical issues that may prevent participation.

    By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

    Disputes

    Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Albany County, New York.

    All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
